Timeline drafts
These Timeline drafts are just to give you an idea of what a day can look like. Everybody's day is unique and it's important to take into consideration how big the wedding is (family photo timing and makeup/hair timing), how quickly venue loses light (may lose light early so would need to adjust for sunset photos etc), travel time between locations and if you have any other things you want to fit in (reading letters from each other, first look with family etc)
8 hour 3pm ceremony
12.30pm photographer arrives to bride.
1.30pm second photographer arrives to groom.
2.30pm Groom is at ceremony location
3pm Ceremony
3:30pm Hugs and chats outside the ceremony
4pm family photos
4:30pm Bridal party photos
5.15pm Couple photos
6pm Couple arrives back to reception.
6.15pm Seat guests for dinner
7:00pm Start speeches and serve dessert
7:30pm Couples cuts the cake
8pm Couple pops off for some golden hour shots (dependent on sunset times and weather!)
8:30pm First dance and band starts
8 hour First look ceremony
1pm photographer arrives to bride.
2pm second photographer arrives to groom.
3pm Bridal party photos
3:45pm Couple photos
4:30pm Groom goes to ceremony
5pm Ceremony
5.30pm Hugs and congratulations
6pm family photos
6.30pm Head to reception
7pm Dinner is served
